Description We are seeking to identify an experienced BCBA to develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and provide protocol modification and supervision sessions. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments for clients Provide protocol modification and supervision sessions. Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations Requirements Strong Assessment and supervision skills, highly experienced in report development. Data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed. Experience and Qualifications Minimum of Master’s degree in related field required BCBA certification Experience in working with individuals with disabilities No criminal history Reliable means of transportation
