Technicians work directly with clients and are responsible for implementing Skill Acquisition Programs and Behavior Reduction Strategies outlined in the Behavior Support Plan. RBT should be able to listen and apply corrective feedback, apply interventions correctly and follow Behavior Plan with integrity and fidelity. RBT certification (Required) English Language (Required) Spanish Language (Required) Supervision and Training will be provided by a BCBA. No Medicaid provider number required.
