Duties:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental disabilities
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques to address challenging behaviors
• Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and evidence-based practices
• Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data collection and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team (Must Supervise the RBT’s) Must have Medicaid enrollment

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
• Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Knowledge of medical records management
