Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 3-Step Therapy North Lauderdale, FL 33068 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to staff and caregivers. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through effective behavioral strategies. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavioral strategies and interventions. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavioral health and special education. Experience Proven experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with developmental disabilities. Strong background in behavioral health, including knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques. Experience in special education settings is preferred. Familiarity with data collection methods and medical documentation practices is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
