Duties Conduct functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments Develop treatment plans including behavior intervention and skills acquisition Implement behavior intervention plans and skills acquisition programs Supervise, train, and guide behavior therapists/RBTs in program implementation Completes RBT Supervision Log entries when supervising Monitor proficiency of behavior therapists/RBTs by conducting competency assessments and reviewing session notes and delivering feedback and BST training Collects and analyze behavioral data, monitor client progress, and make changes as needed Complete session notes, initial assessment reports, reassessment reports, progress reports Conduct staff, teacher, and parent trainings Collaborate with families and other providers (schools, OT, speech, doctors) Provides Fieldwork Supervision to aspiring BCBAs Job Qualifications Must have a master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field.
