Position Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct ABA services and supervise behavior technicians. You’ll create meaningful outcomes by leading clinical programming, mentoring staff, and engaging families.

Your Role Will Include:

Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments Developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Overseeing RBTs and behavior technicians, including regular supervision (per BACB/Florida Medicaid standards) Analyzing data and modifying treatment as needed Collaborating with parents, teachers, and care teams to generalize learning across settings Maintaining timely, Medicaid-compliant documentation and progress reports Staying updated on ABA research and professional development

What We’re Looking For:

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Registered or eligible to register as a Medicaid provider in Florida Proven experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum Proficiency in data collection tools and EHR systems (e.g., Catalyst, CentralReach) Strong ethical standards, communication skills, and team orientation Reliable transportation and willingness to work in homes, schools, or clinics Spanish fluency is a plus
