Job Description:

3-step Therapy is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services in Florida. Our Company is looking for a certified BCBA to provide ABA services in a center base setting to individuals with behavior challenges and skill deficits. We offer Center-Based! Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures, and create behavioral intervention plans Conducts supervisions on a weekly basis for RBTs and provides regular training to RBTs and family members Oversee Progress Reports, programs, treatment plans, and clinical notes for activities performed Meet with parents/caregivers to review treatment plan and goals Assisting with credentialing with insurances
