BCBA/BCaBA Beyond Expectations Pensacola, FL 32534 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our Nine Mile-Pensacola team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing support through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques. You will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create effective treatment plans aimed at improving the quality of life for our clients. Duties Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement ABA strategies to promote positive behavior changes in clients. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide education on behavioral techniques and strategies. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy. Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights with colleagues. Provide training and support to staff working directly with clients on behavioral interventions. Skills Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient care and confidentiality. Familiarity with behavioral health concepts and practices. Experience working with children in various settings, including schools, clinics or home environments. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret research data effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
