BCBA Job Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and reassessments. Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress. Collaborate with other BCBAs and/or BCaBAs. Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis Adhere to CASP’s Applied Behavior Analysis Practice Guidelines. Adhere to BACB’s Applied Behavior Analysis Practice Guidelines.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills:

Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, ABA or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual behavioral programs Experience training RBTs in behavioral principles and procedures Must possess a valid driver’s license Current fingerprint clearance report. Effective and professional communication Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Critical thinking skills and problem-solving Strong computer skills Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Types:
