Overview:
We are seeking a professional and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Supervise and provide guidance to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), behavior technicians, and other support staff. Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments. Provide direct ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of ABA strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress reports, and other required records. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience in providing ABA services, preferably in a pediatric setting. Strong understanding of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism, motivation, and dedication to making a difference in the lives of children.
