Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Cherish The Children Inc Estero, FL 33928 Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, and providing behavioral therapy services. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Implement behavior analytic programs
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including special education professionals and healthcare providers Qualifications
