For the 2024-2025 school year , we’re searching for a dynamic, part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team in the Lee and Collier County, FL area . What You’ll Do:

Partner with the IMPACT team to deliver innovative, trauma-informed support to students. Conduct diagnostic evaluations, design treatment plans, and implement service strategies. Train and collaborate with other team members to implement evidence-based ABA strategies. Provide expert guidance to support students with significant behavioral challenges.

What You’ll Bring:

BCBA certification (minimum 2 years in good standing). Active state license (or ability to obtain one). Experience with neurotypical and neurodiverse clients, including those with challenging behaviors. Strong leadership, collaboration, and professional demeanor. School-based experience (preferred).
