About Alpha Behavior Solutions:

We are a dedicated ABA therapy provider serving clients across home, school, and daycare settings. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, individualized behavioral services to children and families in the Treasure Coast area.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to oversee and support our clinical services in the Stuart area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members. Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, and daycare settings. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Current BCBA certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.​
