Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders
• Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and data collection methods
• Strong background in special education or related field
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and interventions Your responsibilities will include: Supervising one-on-one treatment services Developing personalized ABA goals and objectives Administering behavior assessments Tailoring client treatment plans to individual needs Overseeing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) Facilitating regular caregiver training sessions
