Join a team that honors your work. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA. Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills. Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to ensure accurate tracking of outcomes. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding client medical records. Provide support in behavior management techniques to help clients navigate challenging situations. Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce strategies at home and in the community. Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to behavioral therapy. Requirements Experience working with children or individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to maintain accurate medical records. Strong data collection skills for monitoring client progress effectively. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality is maintained at all times. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. A compassionate approach towards assisting individuals in achieving their goals is essential.
