RBT in Miami Shine Bright Therapy 7355 SW 87th Avenue, Miami, FL 33173 Company Overview Shine Bright Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy company based in Miami, Florida. Our mission is to provide high-quality speech, occupational, and Applied Behavior Analysis services to children, along with academic tutoring and support to enhance their development. Summary We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our dedicated team at Shine Bright Therapy. In this role, you will work directly with children with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting their growth in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Provide direct support to children during therapy sessions. Monitor and document progress towards behavioral goals. Collaborate with therapists and families to ensure consistency in care. Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Requirements Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis techniques is essential. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with families and team members. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. A compassionate approach to patient care and behavioral health.
