Responsibilities –
BCBA:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments. Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs and behavior therapists. Monitor data collection and make data-driven clinical decisions. Provide parent training and collaborate with families and professionals. Ensure all services are in compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards. Responsibilities –
RBT:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans. Accurately collect data and complete session notes. Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications BCBA Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. Active BCBA certification in good standing. Minimum of 1 year experience providing ABA services. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Qualifications RBT High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred. Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain. Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred. Patience, empathy, and strong observational skills.
