The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and ABA therapists. Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards. Stay up to date with best practices in ABA and attend ongoing training as required.
Qualifications:
Must hold active certification as a BCBA in good standing with the BACB. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and train a team of behavior technicians effectively. Proficient in writing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment reports. Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license (travel is required).
Preferred Qualifications:
