The position it an independent contractor. The job would entail supervising and training BCaBAs/RBTs and providing direct supervision on the cases assigned.
Other responsibilities will include:
Identifying needs and formulating treatment plans to manage problematic behaviors Assessing the individual needs of each child and to develop behavioral plans. Monitor the progress of individuals under their care and collaborate with family members or other care providers to determine how to best address long-term individual goals. Develop programs to ensure safety, structure and enrichment for the children. Physically providing on-site behavioral interventions, as needed, and modeling behavioral skills for staff. Developing materials to support behavior trainings
