The individual within this position will need to be available full-time Monday – Friday. Responsibilities Collect data for each child’s performance daily, both acceleration and deceleration Conduct individual teaching sessions for each child as assigned – schedule changes daily Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the Quest Kids’ therapy rooms Cares for child with toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and all other self-care programs and needs Communicate session outcome with parents/caregiver Assist in developing training materials that are up to date with current technologies daily Graph all data as assigned Assist in designing data sheets and graphs Provide input for programmatic decisions Attend all weekly staff meetings Ensure compliance with all regulations pertaining to behavioral programming and to Quest’s personnel policies Perform other duties as required Adheres to all Quest’s policies and procedures Qualifications A.A/60 plus credits of general studies towards a degree in Psychology or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required Registered Behavior Tech(RBT) is required Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with developmentally disabled individuals preferred Florida Driver’s License with no more than two moving violations in the past three years Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship from our company now or in the future
