Tree of Knowledge Learning Academy, a fast-growing, client andtherapist-focused company is seeking a strong Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! Job Description Certifiedand licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees Work in a fun andrelaxed setting; enjoy coming to work every day Make a differencein a private practice where you work closely with the owner andother therapists to help develop the transdisciplinary team Havethe freedom to develop treatment plans as you use your ownprofessional judgment; no set curriculum, program requirements, norclinical supervisor to tell you what you have to do. Applicant willbe responsible for assessing, then developing, and maintainingIndividual Behavior Treatment Plans Applicant will completepaperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties withinthe scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines andCode of Ethics. Applicant should have a strong clinical backgroundin administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language,play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing,and/or training others using individualized language, play, andskill-based curricula. Applicant will provide assistance tochildren with special needs and their families to help them reachindividual and family goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’sDegree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology COBACertification Certification under the Behavior AnalysisCertification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst. Experience providing services toindividuals with Autism. Clear background check

BLS or CPRcertification Attributes:

Self-starter who will have the freedom to work semi-independentlyas the clinical supervisor for the ABA department Must work well ina team environment. Looking for a detail-oriented and highlyorganized behavior analyst. Familiarity and ability to administerand interpret a variety of clinical assessments (such as VBMAPP,AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.)
