conducts functional behavioral and skill based assessments BCBA develops and oversees individualized Behavior Plans (BIPs) BCBA supervises RBTs with a caseload of 15 students BCBA typically supports middle and high school age students BCBA works with high functioning students, with minimal complex cases BCBA collects data and prepares documentation for billing BCBA communicates effectively with parents, providing insight BCBA adheres to all BCAB guidelines BCBA collaborates with leadership team and RBTs effectively BCBA joins a team founded by a M.S/M.Ed with a vision for integrated clinical and educational support
School Based Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Requirements:
Master’s Degree 2-5 years experience as BCBA Previous experience in an Academic setting, or Experience working with school aged kids Experience with FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc. Experience preparing documentation and data for billing
