Part-Time Position Overview:

Embrace ABA and Social Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Analyst currently enrolled in a BACB-approved program. This position provides a valuable opportunity to gain supervised fieldwork experience while supporting individualized ABA programs in a collaborative clinical environment. Under the mentorship of experienced BCBAs, you will develop your skills in applied behavior analysis and make a meaningful impact on client progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in client assessments and contribute to progress monitoring and reports. Assist in the creation and implementation of tailored treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Train and support RBTs in the delivery of effective ABA services. Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA. Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to support client goals. Collect and accurately document data on client behavior and progress. Provide regular updates and feedback to the supervising BCBA. Collaborate with the BCBA, RBTs, and caregivers to maintain consistency in care. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Stay current with ABA best practices and maintain an active RBT certification.

Qualifications:

Enrollment in a Master’s or post-graduate program in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Actively pursuing supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification. Current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly and effectively. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Physically capable of performing essential job duties (e.g., lifting, bending, assisting clients as needed).
