Duties

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment and behavior plans
• Educate clients and their families on behavior management techniques
• Collaborate with the BCBA to create care plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors
• Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records Qualifications
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Knowledge of special education practices and principles
• Experience in data collection and analysis related to behavior management
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient care
• Ability to implement behavioral therapy strategies effectively
