Flexible schedules to support your well-being. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional assessments and design individualized treatment plans. Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure quality service delivery. Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care. Monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain documentation. Ensure adherence to ethical, clinical, and safety standards.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$70K-$85K (based on experience). Flexible scheduling & PTO (with increasing accrual). Mileage & technology reimbursement. Performance-based incentives. Professional development opportunities. Healthcare benefits after one year. Qualifications Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Current BCBA certification. Minimum 1 year experience working with children using ABA interventions (NDBI, PRT, or VB preferred). Supervisory experience a plus. Reliable transportation; travel throughout Orange County required.
