Choose age groups, settings, and schedules that align with your expertise and interests. What You’ll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in school settings. Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals. Supervise and train RBTs and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff.
