Pay:
Depends on experience; starting rate $80,000 per annum for a full time position. Part time position at a range of $70-$90 an hour dependent on experience.

BCBA creates their own schedule based on their caseload. Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours available.
Billable:
required to provide 25 billable hours weekly to fulfill salary obligations. Any billable hours in addition to the 25 will be compensated at an hourly rate of $70. •The additional hours will need to be treatment planning, supervision, parent training or assessments.
Work Location:
Hybrid Position (schools, daycares, in-home, home) At least 1 year supervising experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental disabilities. Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents, team members and other caregivers. Excellent professional writing skills. Create, modify and monitor programming and behavior intervention plans. Conduct formal assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland etc.) Maintain client programs and materials organized and up to date. Supervise BTs and RBTs for program efficacy and RBT criteria. Conduct Parent Meetings. Flexible schedule
