BCBA Position Available In Polk, Florida

BCBA Magical Minds Behavioral Services LLC Davenport, FL 33837 We are looking for an empathic, skilled, compassionate Behavior Analyst BCBA We are a company fully committed to improving the quality of life of children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD or any other behavioral difficulty.

DUTIES:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities to determine their needs and create individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians or other team members involved in the patient’s care
• Collect and analyze data on patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
