Founded and led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), our agency values professionalism, collaboration, and ethical service delivery. We proudly serve a diverse population, including Spanish-speaking families , and offer bilingual support and culturally responsive care. Position Summary We are currently seeking qualified BCBAs to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, skilled in ABA methodology, and committed to ongoing professional development. We also welcome newly certified BCBAs and provide structured training in documentation and intervention planning to ensure clinical proficiency and confidence. Key Responsibilities Behavior Intervention Planning (BIP Development): Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized BIPs. Utilize evidence-based strategies and data collection systems tailored to each client’s needs. Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other providers.

Direct Implementation of Services:

Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions, supervise RBTs, and provide parent/caregiver training. Ensure consistency of interventions across settings, including home, school, and the community.

Documentation:

Complete and maintain all clinical documentation, including assessment reports, session notes, progress summaries, and treatment plans, in compliance with agency standards.

Ethics & Professional Conduct:

Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethical Code. Act professionally in all interactions and decisions.

Continuing Education:

Stay current with developments in the ABA field and maintain BCBA certification through ongoing training and CEUs.

Job Details Client Age Range:

2-20 years

Caseload & Hours:

Assigned based on your availability and client needs: 1 hour/week (if BCaBA is on the case) Up to 4 hours/week per client when supervising

RBTs Location of Services:

In-home, school, or community settings

Hybrid Option:

We offer a hybrid position that includes telehealth parent training sessions when appropriate

Remote Work:

Clinical documentation and team collaboration are managed remotely

Spanish-Speaking Families:

Many caseloads include Spanish-speaking clients; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Case Availability:

Currently available in or near the following zip codes: 33844, 33850, 33825

Communication:

Agency hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM via phone, text, and email

Contract Terms:

Flexible. The contract may be terminated by either party at any time. Employees may hold concurrent relationships with other agencies, in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines for case transitions. Qualifications Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Medicaid Provider Number (support provided for registration, if needed) Current in-service certifications (e.g., HIPAA, CPR, First Aid, etc.) Bilingual (Spanish-English) skills are a plus
