  • Clinical leadership tracks and ongoing support from BCBA-owned leadership Your Role as a BCBA You’ll play a critical role in shaping client progress, supporting families, and mentoring team members.

Your clinical leadership and decision-making are key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments (FAI, FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland) Design and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Supervise and train RBTs, BCaBAs, and student analysts Monitor treatment fidelity and modify programs as needed Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to guide progress Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, schools, and support teams Ensure ethical practice in compliance with BACB standards Document progress, reports, and session notes accurately and on time What You’ll Need to Succeed Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field Reliable transportation and ability to provide in-person services Knowledge of autism spectrum and developmental disorders Experience with children, teens, or young adults (preferred) Strong interpersonal, time management, and documentation skills Ability to pass a background check and complete onboarding requirements Hiring Process (Fast & Straightforward) Intro Call
