At Superstar Kids Services we understand that every child is different therefore our treatment plan is individualized. We provide services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism, Attention Deficit (ADHD), Defiant Behavior, Developmental Delay, etc. Our expert team integrates our services with an extended team outside of our agency to include other therapists, teachers, and caregivers. We adapt to the environment where the child is exhibiting these maladaptive behaviors and need the most help. These environments include home, school, daycare, and/or community. Our ultimate goal is to improve our kid’s maladaptive behaviors and guide them to success. We are looking for a professional BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our growing team. We are currently offering Signing Bonus of $1000-$1500 please inquire about it. We provide in-home, school/daycare-based Behavior Therapy covering the following counties: Orange, Osceola, Polk, Lake, Volusia and Seminole counties.

Responsibilities and Duties Job responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment interventions. Monitor behavior analysis programs to reduce the client’s maladaptive behaviors and increase acquisition skills. Review treatment and makes appropriate modifications as needed. Provide supervision and parent training to the client’s guardians. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA and insurance regulations. Stay current on research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis. The position comes with a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, and you are able to set your own schedule with clients and supervisees.
