Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Flexible Schedule | Poinciana, Florida Neuro Rehab Professional Group Poinciana, FL 34759

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Poinciana, Florida . As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and school settings , following individualized programs developed by a BCBA.

Location:

Poinciana, Florida (in-home and school-based services only)

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by a supervising BCBA Teach clients communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA principles Collect and document session data accurately and consistently Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors Attend supervision meetings and ongoing training sessions

Requirements:

Active RBT certification through the BACB Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and/or schools in Lakeland High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a related field preferred) Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
