Come join our Prevention Team!! If working with at risk youth is your passion, then this is the position for you! Our Prevention programs focus on meeting the child/youth where they are and working to build up the individual from the inside out. We are targeting emotional health through mentoring, group interactions and individual mentoring sessions at an assigned school with provided curriculum. This is an hourly position starting at $16.83/hr. with additional compensation considered for relevant education and experience beyond the minimum requirements. Requirements:

Requirements for this position include but are not limited to: Associates Degree with 3 years experience providing services to at risk youth Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience in a classroom setting, managing elementary-age children, highly desirable Demonstrates good judgement, planning, organizational and problem solving skills Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others Ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries with clients and their families/guardians
