We are seeking dedicated BCBAs in North Carolina to overseecaseloads for in-home, in-school, and remote ABA services. BoardCertified Behavioral Analyist (BCBA)
Responsibilities:
Oversee thecompletion of comprehensive assessments to identify strengths andareas of need for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Develop and implement policies and procedures based on theprinciples of behavior analysis. Provide daily support to staffmembers and families. Provide ongoing supervision and training toother BCBAs, Behavior Technicians and other team members. Collectand analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisionsregarding treatment interventions. Collaborate with parents,caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure effectivecommunication and coordination of care. Stay abreast of the latestresearch and developments in the field of ABA and Autism treatment.
Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, andprofessional development activities. Ensure all Services areperformed according to the insurance regulations and Authorizationand submitted for accurate and timely billing. Board CertifiedBehavioral Analyist (BCBA)
Skills and Qualifications:
A master’sdegree and educational coursework completed in the areas of childdevelopment, special education, psychology, or related field.
Active BACB Certification, meets BACB Supervisor requirements.
North Carolina LBA certification A minimum of two years’ experienceworking with children with Autism Active CPR training Strongknowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-basedpractices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead and supervise both BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying currentwith best practices in the field. Passion for making a positiveimpact on the lives of children and their families.
