Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. The BCBA will work alongside a team of dedicated clinicians and technicians to deliver individualized behavioral services to children and their families. This role involves functional assessments, behavior plan development, clinical supervision, caregiver training, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments every 6 months or per insurance guidelines Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data, client needs, and family goals Supervise cases and ensure minimum of 5% direct supervision for RBTs, including documentation Analyze data weekly to monitor progress and make necessary program updates Create feasible and valid data collection tools and conduct IOA checks Train and provide feedback to RBTs, student analysts, and BCaBAs using Behavior Skills Training (BST) Lead monthly team meetings and maintain written feedback for staff and caregivers Provide parent training with clearly defined goals and measurable outcomes Maintain professional conduct in alignment with BACB Ethics Code and Florida Board of Medicine regulations Participate in professional development and promote ethical culture within the organization Respond to referrals, attend conferences, and support community outreach as needed Qualifications Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB® Meets BACB® Supervisor requirements and state licensure (if applicable) Strong understanding of ABA methodologies including DTT, PECS, NET, and functional behavior assessment Reliable transportation
