BCBA Job Description My Team ABA isseeking highly skilled BCBAs who are passionate about making apositive impact in the lives of autistic individuals. Theability to develop a schedule that gives you the work-life balanceyou deserve. Here’s what we need from you: Master’s degree in ABAor related field. BCBA certification. 1 year experience in ABAworking with children 0-21 (for newly certified BCBAs this caninclude time working as an RBT). Experience conducting functionaland skill-based assessments, identifying goals, designing plans,implementing strategies, and monitoring progress preferred.

Experience supervising RBTs and providing caregiver trainingpreferred. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Dependable, consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and professional.

Able to work independently and as part of a team. Have reliabletransportation and valid driver’s license.

Work Environment &Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Able toperform activities that require fine and gross motor skills: bend,kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand forperiods of time while working with clients. Able to respond quicklyover short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements andbehaviors of clients. Able and willing to work in both indoor andoutdoor settings.
