Based on experience Hiring Immediately | Supportive Team Environment Innovative Behavior Management is a pediatric ABA therapy center committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children with autism and developmental needs. We believe in empowering our staff with strong support, manageable caseloads, and opportunities to grow. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will lead ABA treatment planning, provide supervision to RBTs, and collaborate with families to help children reach their full potential. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
- Train staff and caregivers on behavior intervention strategies
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Ensure compliance with ethical and funding guidelines Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
