Board Certified Behavior Analyst KindSteps Therapies Kennesaw, GA 30152 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and experience working with individuals with disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing direct support to clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive support for clients. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques. Advocate for clients’ needs and rights within various settings. Experience A minimum of two years of experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred. Strong knowledge of special education practices and patient care principles. Familiarity with data collection methods and behavioral health practices. Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
