Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral analysis servicesto children with autism and related disorders both in home and inthe community. The BCBA will be supervised directly by ourExecutive Director & Clinical Director.
Creating, monitoring, andupdating instructional programs across language, social, andcommunication domains.
Provide staff training to paraprofessionalson implementing instructional programs and behaviorplans.
Applicants well-suited to this position will be highlyorganized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well inteams.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in psychology, specialeducation or related fieldsCurrent BCBA, Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst certification requiredStrong interpersonal and writingskillsEstablished management skillsAbility to work well with othersand be an effective part of a treatment team.
