Job Description

Designated Sub/Clinic Coordinator/Guaranteed Hours 40 per week

  • RBT Required
  • Archer Behavioral Health 37 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Marietta, GA 30067 Position description You will provide administrative, technical, and organizational support to team members; organize and coordinate office and center procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety at all facility sites.

Candidates must be Registered Behavior Technicians with experience. What your day will look like

  • Safety and security of the clinic: safety assessments, signing clients in and out of clinic, ensuring the security of client records
  • Cover client sessions as needed Support RBT’s as needed during session as needed
  • Answering the phone
  • Cleaning and organizing clinic and materials: ordering supplies, restocking clinic supplies
  • Material creation
  • Covering breaks for RBT

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Pass background check
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
  • One year of related professional experience working with clients with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities (preferred).
  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician Physical Requirements of the Clinic Coordinator position:
  • The Clinic Coordinator position is a physically active position that requires you to work with clients of varied activity levels.
  • Movement throughout the clinic is required to various locations during the day.
  • You will be required to do some lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, pushing and/or pulling.
  • Sitting, walking, running, climbing stairs, and standing are required.
  • Fine motor dexterity is required.
  • Physical management procedures may also be required if client engages in behavior that endanger themselves or others.
  • Behavior therapy activities may require playing interacting with clients on the floor
  • Activities may involve walking, running, long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds This list of above job elements, duties, and skills is not exhaustive, but is meant to describe the general nature of the position.
