Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Must reside within driving distance of Augusta, Georgia! Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing feedback and training to enhance the effectiveness of our behavior change programs. Conduct caregiver training for families from diverse backgrounds. Complete bi-annual progress reports (or as required by funding sources). Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) tailored to client needs.
