As an RBT atLighthouse, you can expect to:

Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy:

Workwith children ranging from 18 months to school age, using yourexpertise to provide personalized therapy.

Collaborate with a

Multidisciplinary Team:

Develop and implement customized therapyplans with the support of our skilled team.

Apply Creativity in

Use advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistictherapy environment.

Guide Children’s Progress:

Requirements:

Associate orBachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Lifting/Carrying more than 50lbs. Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in anyarea. Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel forsustained periods of time. Bending at the waist to touch kneesand/or toes. Full range of motion of hands and arms. Sitting on thefloor and chair for long periods of time. Ability to move quicklyfrom standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.

Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally andwritten.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licensepreferred.
