Base Salary:
$80,000•85,000 + $5,000 Sign On Bonus + Individual Performance Bonus paid monthly (additional $7,000•$16,000 per year) + Work-From-Home Days policy!
First Year Total Compensation:
$87,000•101,000 + Sign On!

With floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and a dedicated classroom area for transitioning clients, this center offers an ideal setting for both clients and staff. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of tenured and new RBTs, with strong leadership support from a Clinical Director, Operations Manager, Senior Clinical Supervisors, Interns, and more! We prioritize work-life balance, mental health, and encourage 1 work-from-home day per week after getting established!
