Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behaviorassessments to identify the underlying causes of challengingbehaviors
• Develop and implement individualized behaviorintervention plans for clients
• Provide direct behavioral therapyservices to clients with autism and other developmentaldisabilities
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress andmake data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with families, caregivers,and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers onimplementing behavior strategies at home
• Stay up-to-date with thelatest research and best practices in the field of applied behavioranalysis

Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification required
• Experience working with children withspecial needs, particularly those with autism or developmentaldisabilities
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysisprinciples and techniques
• Proficient in conducting functionalbehavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Experience in data collection and analysis for monitoring progressand making treatment decisions
• Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients,families, and other professionals
