Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing behavior analysis services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and training school staff and families.

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Provide direct behavior analysis services, including functional communication training, discrete trial training, and naturalistic teaching strategies, to students with ASD and related disorders. Collaborate with school teams, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers, to implement behavior intervention plans and ensure consistency across settings. Train school staff and families on behavior management strategies, data collection methods, and behavior intervention techniques, providing ongoing support and supervision as needed. Monitor students’ progress and behavior data, making data-based decisions and adjustments to behavior intervention plans to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing behavior analysis expertise and recommendations for educational programming and services. Maintain accurate and confidential records of behavior assessments, intervention plans, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a behavior analyst in the state of practice. Previous experience working as a BCBA or behavior analyst in a school or educational setting. Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methods, and techniques, with a focus on applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions for individuals with ASD and related disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers. Proficiency in assessment, data collection, and data analysis techniques. Experience in teletherapy or online behavior analysis services (preferred).
