Balance:

As BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will: Make a measurable and lasting impact in the lives of young children. Train staff in the delivery of individualized treatment programs for early learners. Integrate the principles of trauma-assumed care and Skills Based Treatment. Earn crisis management certification under the Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP). Foster an environment of safety, security and HRE in clinical services. Deliver an engaging parent training program that drives lifelong outcomes. Integrate the latest research of ABA programs for young children. Advocate for the importance of early intervention and research-based practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess: Experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinical setting. Expertise in the development, implementation and oversight of comprehensive programming for children diagnosed with ASD. Confidence and enthusiasm in promoting the principles of ABA to caregivers and staff. A passion for developing communication skills in early learners. Experience with implementing strategies for maladaptive behavior. Enderstanding of Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Discrete Trail Teaching (DTT). A humble, collaborative and solution-based approach to problem-solving. Love of lifelong learning, proactive approach to integrating evidence-based techniques, and a burning desire to provide the best possible treatment available. Confidence, personal humility, and a demonstrated history of teamwork.
