Position Overview:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) joining our team, you will not only contribute to our mission from the outset but also have unparalleled opportunities for career advancement. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and individualized goals for clients. Design and implement evidence-based behavioral intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each client. Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members. Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordinated care. Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for the exam within 3 months LBA (If Applicable) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience providing behavior analysis services, preferably in a clinical or educational setting. Strong clinical skills and demonstrated expertise in behavior assessment and intervention. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Must have reliable transportation to drive between client’s homes
