BCBA Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. BCBA Provide patient care and support aligned with treatment goals. BCBA Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to address behavioral challenges. BCBA Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals. BCBA Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary. BCBA Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. BCBA Mentor and support new BCBAs through training and professional development. Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong foundation in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
