8:25a – 4:30p

Pay:

The starting pay for this position is $19/hour. This can be adjusted depending on the amount of time you have been employed with ABLE Kids.

Summary:

The Lead RBT is responsible for providing assistance as required in the clinic. This role requires at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience and an active RBT credential that is in good standing. This role reports to the clinic BCBA. 1. What it will take :

• Assist in morning client check-in process (following current COVID protocols)
• Provide client coverage as needed within the clinic; act as a floater RBT
• Provide 5-10 min breaks to RBTs as needed
• Clean / Organize clinic as needed
• Assist in activities set up and lunch preparation
• Attend group social activities outside the clinic (i.

e. walks / playground) 2. BCBA Assistance What winning looks like: Acting as a cohesive unit with the clinic BCBA to assist in materials creation and activities.

What it will take:

• Create materials for learning under the guidance of the BCBA
• Assist in activities planning under the guidance of the BCBA 3.

Train RBTs What winning looks like: A knowledgeable team of RBTs that works together to problem solve and provide maximum progression for our clients.

What it will take:

• Train fellow RBTs under the guidance of the BCBA
• Provide support to fellow RBTs under the guidance of the BCBA
