Summer Only Looking for a fun and meaningful summer job? Join WonderWay ABA this summer and work one-on-one with kids with autism to help them learn new skills and thrive! As a RBT, you’ll team up with experienced BCBAs to provide hands-on support through play-based, structured therapy sessions.
What You’ll Do:
Work directly with kids using treatment plans designed by a BCBA Help reduce challenging behaviors and teach communication, play, and life skills Track progress using an iPad (no paper!)
What You’ll Need:
Experience with kids (bonus if it’s with kids with autism!) Reliable transportation RBT certified Energetic, positive, and ready to learn Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Why WonderWay?
